Appointed as President Director of PT Perta Life Insurance following the resolution of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) on August 14, 2020. He was subsequently reconfirmed during the EGMS on May 21, 2024, as documented in the Deed of Resolution No. 05, executed before Notary Melinda, S.Sos., S.H., M.Kn.

Holds a Bachelor of Development Economics from Universitas Padjadjaran, Bandung (1992), a Master of Arts in Economics from Wichita State University, Kansas, USA (1995), and a Master of Business Administration in International Business from the University of Houston, Texas, USA (1996). He is also a qualified professional with an Associateship of the Chartered Insurance Institute (ACII) from the Malaysia Insurance Institute (2000).

Prior to his President Director appointment at PT Perta Life Insurance, he began his distinguished career at Tugu Pratama Indonesia in 1998, where he was twice recognized as Best Employee before holding various strategic leadership roles from 2003 to 2009. He then continued his career at PT Pertamina (Persero) from 2009 to 2020.

For three consecutive years (2022–2024), he was named The Best CEO at the prestigious Infobank Top 100 CEO Awards for his success in driving consistent corporate transformation and performance growth.

In 2024, he received the Indonesia CEO Excellence Award from Warta Ekonomi in the Life Insurance category for his commitment to digital innovation.

Most recently, in 2025, he was honored with the Indonesia Best 50 CEO Award from The Iconomics Media and Axia Research, recognizing his inspirational leadership and tangible impact on the industry.
