Whistleblowing System

A dedicated platform for customers to report suspected legal violations or breaches of the code of ethics involving PertaLife Insurance.

The Whistleblowing System Guidelines are established to address the urgent need for measures to prevent violations and fraudulent practices. These guidelines strengthen internal controls, enabling the early detection and prevention of potential misconduct within the Company, thereby upholding the principles of Good Corporate Governance (GCG).

A. Whistleblowing System

  • Corruption offenses that may result in state financial losses (including, but not limited to: bribery, embezzlement, extortion, fraud, conflict of interest in procurement, or illegal gratuities)
  • Misuse and falsification of data
  • Abuse of power or position for personal, group, or third-party interests detrimental to the Company
  • Unauthorized disclosure of the Company’s confidential information
  • Misappropriation of the Company’s funds
  • Fraud; theft; and
  • Violations of the Company’s Code of Ethics.

 

‌B. ‌Reward

The Company shall provide rewards to the Whistleblower upon verification of the report, while ensuring the strict confidentiality of the Whistleblower’s identity and considering the following factors:

  • The Whistleblower’s active role in uncovering the alleged misconduct or fraud;
  • The quality of the reported data or supporting evidence provided; and
  • The level of risk encountered by the Whistleblower.
