In accordance with the enactment of the Financial Services Authority Regulation No. 61/POJK.07/2020 concerning the Alternative Dispute Resolution Agency for the Financial Services Sector (“POJK 61/2020”), we hereby inform you that effective December 27, 2023, all out-of-court dispute resolutions within the Financial Services Sector shall be conducted through the Alternative Dispute Resolution Agency for the Financial Services Sector (LAPS-SJK). The regulations governing LAPS-SJK are stipulated under POJK 61/2020.
