Appointed as Director of PT Perta Life Insurance following the resolution of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) on August 27, 2024, concerning the change in the Company’s Management.

Holds a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering from Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) (2005). Prior to his current appointment, he served as Manager of Performance & Competency Management at PT Pertamina (Persero).

He began his professional career at PT Pertamina (Persero), where he held various strategic positions, including Manager of Performance & Competency Management (2023-2024). His extensive leadership experience within the Pertamina Group also includes roles as HC Business Partner Manager at PT Pertamina International Shipping (2020-2023), HC Business Partner at PT Pertamina Hulu Energi (2018-2020), HC Business Partner for Refinery at PT Pertamina (Persero) (2015-2018), and Planning & Development at Pertamina Corporate University (2009-2015).
