Jakarta, August 15, 2025 – PT Perta Life Insurance (PertaLife Insurance) once again held the Fundamental Life Insurance Workshop Batch 2 on August 14-15, 2025. The program reflects the company’s commitment to enhancing the quality of human resources in the insurance sector, carrying the main topic “Introduction to Life Insurance and Life Insurance Company Operations.” The workshop was facilitated by the Asosiasi Ahli Manajemen Asuransi Indonesia (AAMAI).
The workshop was attended by PertaLife Insurance employees (Perwira) from related divisions and departments, particularly those directly involved in operations, claims, product development, and customer service. Through this program, participants strengthened their understanding of the fundamental concepts of life insurance and operational aspects of life insurance companies, as well as preparation toward the professional certification of the Asosiasi Ahli Asuransi Jiwa Indonesia (AAAIJ) as a professional competency standard in the industry.
President Director of PertaLife Insurance, Hanindio W. Hadi, emphasized that organizing this workshop is an important part of the company’s human capital development roadmap.

Through this workshop, we want to ensure that all participants gain comprehensive knowledge as well as the motivation to continuously enhance their competencies, enabling them to deliver the best protection services to the public,” he stated.
From an operational perspective, Nurhafila Linanda from the Life Claim Department highlighted the importance of mastering the fundamentals of life insurance in supporting the claims process.
“Claims represent a crucial moment for policyholders. With strong fundamental knowledge, PertaLife Insurance’s human resources will be better prepared to ensure that customers’ rights are fulfilled accurately, transparently, and in accordance with consumer protection principles,” she explained.
Meanwhile, Ratih Triutami Wijayanti, Head of Corporate Communication of PertaLife Insurance, added that the workshop also forms part of the company’s strategy to strengthen its reputation and credibility.
