Jakarta, July 24, 2025 – PT Perta Life Insurance (PertaLife Insurance) once again held its 16th Leadership Talks under the theme “Leading with Purpose: Sustainability as a Core Leadership Value.” The event took place at the PertaLife Ballroom, 12th Floor, and was attended by the Board of Directors and PertaLife employees (Perwira), featuring Arya Dwi Paramita, Corporate Secretary of PT Pertamina (Persero), as the keynote speaker.

The Leadership Talks forum is part of PertaLife Insurance’s commitment to building a transformative and sustainable leadership culture across all levels of the organization.

Alfa Niasari Utami, Director of PertaLife Insurance, stated in her opening remarks that modern leadership demands more than simply achieving financial performance.

“We need to become leaders who possess a strong sense of purpose and are able to integrate sustainability values into every decision. This is the great relevance of today’s theme. Digital transformation, strengthening financial literacy, and integrating ESG principles all aim to build a company that is relevant, resilient, and sustainable,” said Alfa.

Meanwhile, Arya Dwi Paramita, Corporate Secretary of PT Pertamina (Persero), emphasized the importance of sustainability as a strategic pillar for the future of the national energy company. 

“Sustainability is no longer an option; it is a necessity. Leadership that is aware of environmental, social, and governance aspects will become the key differentiator amid growing global demands and increasingly complex business risks. Collaboration and real actions from all subsidiaries, including PertaLife Insurance, are essential,” Arya explained.

Ratih Triutami Wijayanti, Head of Corporate Communication of PertaLife Insurance, added that the event is also part of the company’s effort to strengthen sustainability and ESG literacy internally.
