Jakarta, March 7, 2025 – In an effort to strengthen internal relationships and share happiness during the holy month of Ramadan, PertaLife Insurance held a Buka Bersama Perwira PertaLife (Ramadan iftar gathering) followed by the distribution of donations to orphans on Friday, March 7, 2025. The event took place in the Ballroom of PertaLife Insurance on the 12th floor of Gedung Tamansari Parama and was attended by the Board of Directors as well as all PertaLife employees.
Donations were given to orphans from Yayasan Yatim Kayu Manis in Matraman, East Jakarta. The event also featured a religious lecture delivered by Erick Yusuf, who shared a discussion titled “3G (Ghibah, Gossip, Gunjing).”
The theme was presented to provide PertaLife employees with a deeper understanding of the negative impacts of gossiping and speaking ill of others in the workplace. Such behavior can damage relationships among colleagues and create an unhealthy work environment. By maintaining ethics and professionalism, PertaLife employees are encouraged to avoid non-constructive conversations and instead focus on positive and productive communication.
The event also served as an important moment to reflect on and face the challenges of this year, particularly those currently being experienced by the Pertamina Group. PertaLife Insurance remains committed to continuously adapting and providing the best solutions for customers while ensuring the company’s stability and sustainability amid market dynamics and regulatory changes. A collective prayer was also held, asking for ease and smoothness in overcoming the challenges currently faced by the Pertamina Group.
“In the midst of the challenges and less favorable conditions currently faced by the Pertamina Group, we at PertaLife Insurance remain optimistic and committed to navigating every dynamic with a spirit of togetherness and resilience. Every challenge is an opportunity to innovate and adapt more quickly. We believe that through hard work, strong team synergy, and consistency in delivering the best services, we can overcome these difficult times and emerge stronger. This spirit will continue to drive us to carry out our duties and responsibilities with integrity while contributing meaningfully to the company’s success and progress, as well as supporting the broader vision of the Pertamina Group in navigating an increasingly dynamic era of change. Our best prayers for the Pertamina Group to remain strong and resilient in the current situation,” said Hanindio W. Hadi, President Director of PertaLife Insurance.
PertaLife Insurance will continue to focus on product innovation, excellent customer service, and community empowerment through various corporate social responsibility programs, as reflected in the orphan donation activity, which demonstrates the company’s commitment to social care.
Ratih Triutami Wijayanti, Department Head of Corporate Communication at PertaLife Insurance, stated: “As part of our commitment to the values of togetherness and social care, PertaLife Insurance organized this iftar gathering and orphan donation event to strengthen relationships during the blessed month of Ramadan. This activity is not only an opportunity to share happiness but also to strengthen bonds among PertaLife employees. We hope that through this event, the spirit of togetherness and social awareness will continue to grow and create a positive impact for those in need. May this Ramadan bring blessings and strengthen our relationships in achieving shared goals, both in our personal and professional lives.”
