Bekasi, March 5, 2025 – In an effort to assist communities affected by flooding in Bekasi and surrounding areas, PertaLife Insurance together with Pertamina Peduli directly deployed teams to provide humanitarian assistance. As part of the company’s social responsibility, this initiative aims to help ease the burden of flood victims while delivering much-needed healthcare services.
Pertamina Peduli sent volunteer teams to distribute aid in the form of medicines and provide medical check-ups for affected residents. In addition, trained medical personnel were also deployed to deliver treatment and healthcare services required in this emergency situation.
Through the collaboration between PertaLife Insurance and PT Pertamina Bina Medika IHC, the program also involved various stakeholders committed to ensuring that every resident impacted by the floods receives proper medical attention. PertaLife Insurance and IHC provided free health examinations and medicines for flood victims in need.

The assistance was symbolically handed over at the Emergency Response Post located at Balai Patriot, Bekasi City Hall. PertaLife Insurance and IHC provided support in the form of ambulances, medical personnel, and medicines for residents affected by the floods.
Through the synergy of ONE Pertamina under the Pertamina Peduli program, it is expected that recovery efforts for flood-affected communities can be accelerated while providing a sense of safety and comfort as they navigate this emergency situation.
