JAKARTA – Dana Pensiun Lembaga Keuangan PertaLife (DPLK PertaLife), part of PertaLife Insurance, has established a strategic partnership with PT Permata Graha Nusantara (PGNMAS), a subsidiary of PT Perusahaan Gas Negara (PGN) engaged in property management. The collaboration focuses on managing the Defined Contribution Pension Program (PPIP) for PGNMAS employees. The signing of the cooperation agreement took place at the PertaLife Insurance Ballroom on Wednesday (February 5, 2025). The event was attended by the President Director of PertaLife Insurance, Hanindio W. Hadi, and the President Director of PGNMAS, Ivanna Laksmini Devi.
PertaLife Insurance, as the founder of DPLK PertaLife, continues to expand synergy with companies under the Pertamina Group. This collaboration aims to manage the pension program for PGNMAS employees, where PPIP is based on the accumulation of contributions paid periodically by the company, employees, or both. The collected funds will be managed in the form of investments according to the participants’ choices, which will later provide sustainable income after retirement. This program is also aligned with Law No. 4 of 2023 on the Development and Strengthening of the Financial Services Sector.
In his remarks, the President Director of PertaLife Insurance, Hanindio W. Hadi, expressed his gratitude for the trust given by PGNMAS. He emphasized the importance of synergy among companies within the Pertamina Group to strengthen and support one another in achieving common goals. “We greatly appreciate the opportunity to build synergy with PGNMAS. With collaboration within the Pertamina Group, we will grow stronger together,” said Hanindio.
Hanindio also revealed that PertaLife Insurance is committed to continuing its transformation, strengthening corporate governance, and maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders. “We will begin a big step starting from small steps. Deny Kuriniawan, Management of DPLK PertaLife, added that the cooperation also opens opportunities for PertaLife to expand its reach into the gas holding sector, starting with PGN Holding.
