Jakarta – Starting the year with strategic steps and a sense of camaraderie, PertaLife Insurance held the Kick-Off for the 2026 Rencana Kerja dan Anggaran Perusahaan (RKAP), the Corporate Work Plan and Budget. This early-year kick-off serves as vital momentum to strengthen the vision and commitment of all PertaLife “Perwira” (employees) as they navigate a journey full of opportunities and challenges. The event, attended by the Board of Directors, Vice Presidents, and Department Heads from all functions within PertaLife Insurance, took place on January 15, 2026, in Menteng, Jakarta.
The President Director of PertaLife Insurance, Hanindio W. Hadi, stated that establishing the company’s targets and strategy is the primary foundation for driving sustainable performance improvement. “By strengthening strategic initiatives, the company strives to create more focused measures. Innovation is continuously bolstered as the main driver to provide solutions and services relevant to customer needs. Strong synergy and collaboration across organizational units are key to optimizing internal potential and accelerating the achievement of corporate goals. Let’s make 2026 a remarkable year!” said Hanindio.
Alfa Niasari Utami, Director of Operations, noted that changes in revenue recognition require a careful and more strategic response. “This situation emphasizes the importance of two main focuses: increasing revenue through sustainable, long-term premiums and vice presidents controlling costs and claims to remain efficient and manageable. This understanding must be held by all vice presidents and department heads so that every operational decision aligns with the goal of improving company performance. Moving forward, product simplification and strengthening a culture of efficiency are key for the company to grow healthily amidst various insurance industry challenges,” said Nia.
Director of Finance and Investment Sigit Panilih explained that unity and collaboration are essential pillars so that the internal team at PertaLife Insurance can move in harmony toward the company’s grand goals. “The Board of Directors is committed to creating open and inclusive communication spaces. Various ideas, concepts, and feedback from all levels of the organization can be conveyed freely and constructively through various forums, such as our regular Radir (Directors’ Meeting). With established goals and a clear direction, all PertaLife employees are expected to focus on moving forward with the same conviction, utilizing the agreed-upon roadmap and contributing actively to the company’s progress,” Sigit remarked.
Marketing Director Martino Faishal Saudi emphasized that in running the business, the company must not be passive by waiting for responses but must be proactive in seizing opportunities and active in follow-ups. “Every second has business value; we cannot wait. Instead, we must move faster with various product innovations and the best approaches. We must be bolder in our offering strategies, including drafting flexible and competitive pricing alternatives, as well as maintaining an open and communicative approach with strategic partners like the Pertamina Group,” said Martino.
In line with the points raised during the 2026 RKAP Kick-Off, the Acting VP Corporate Secretary of PertaLife Insurance, Ridky J. Sitorus, expressed hope that this event would be the key to unlocking growth opportunities while strengthening the company’s competitiveness. “With a collaborative spirit and shared commitment, PertaLife Insurance continues to strive to provide optimal added value for customers and all stakeholders,” said Ridky.
