Jakarta – PT Perta Life Insurance (PertaLife Insurance) held an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) on Monday, June 2, 2025, at the Ballroom of PertaLife Insurance, Tamansari Parama Boutique Office. The meeting was convened to approve changes in the company’s management structure as part of strengthening corporate governance and advancing its ongoing transformation strategy.
During the EGMS, the shareholders approved the following decisions:
- The dismissal and reappointment of Bambang Triono as Independent Commissioner for the 2025-2028 term.
- The appointment of Alfa Niasari Utami as Director of Operations, effective after obtaining approval from the Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK).

After the EGMS, management held a Town Hall Meeting attended by all Perwira PertaLife (the employees) in a hybrid format. During the session, the newly appointed leadership team was formally introduced to all employees.
Hanindio W. Hadi, President Director of PertaLife Insurance, stated that the adjustment to the management structure is an important step in accelerating the company’s transformation. “We believe that this new leadership formation will strengthen internal synergy, expand market penetration, and ensure our services become increasingly responsive to the needs of society. This is an important step to reinforce our foundation toward healthier, more adaptive, and sustainable growth,” said Hanindio.
Arief Wibowo, President Director of Dana Pensiun Pertamina, as the largest shareholder of PertaLife Insurance, also reaffirmed the shareholders’ commitment to supporting the company’s transformation. “We believe the new management composition has excellent integrity and capability. We hope that strong synergy between the Board of Commissioners and the Board of Directors will strengthen PertaLife’s competitiveness as a life insurance company that is agile and relevant amid the dynamic challenges of the industry,” said Arief.
Meanwhile, Bayu Kusuma Dewanto, President Commissioner of PertaLife Insurance, emphasized the importance of strong governance in every transformation step. “A healthy company is not only measured by business growth but also by accountable and inclusive governance.
