Jakarta, September 15, 2025 – PT Perta Life Insurance has officially become the first company within the Pertamina Group to implement the Pertamina Development Hub (PDH) Non-SAP, a digital human capital platform designed to strengthen talent management through competency profiling, GAP competency analysis, and development recommendations. The launch event, held at the PertaLife Insurance Ballroom in the Gedung Tamansari Parama, Menteng, was attended by representatives from eight Non-SAP companies within the Pertamina Group.
In his opening remarks, the President Director of PertaLife Insurance, Hanindio W. Hadi, expressed pride in the trust placed in the company. “The implementation of PDH Non-SAP is not just about introducing a new system; it is a strategic step toward building an adaptive and competitive HR ecosystem. We believe PertaLife can serve as a role model for other companies within the Pertamina Group,” he stated.
Echoing this sentiment, Mangaranap Rabehka Nathalia, VP of Human Capital & Business Support at PertaLife Insurance, noted that PDH provides strategic added value to HR management. “PDH allows for structured individual competency mapping, identifying gaps, and creating development plans tailored to each employee’s needs. This process is also aligned with job requirements to ensure talent development matches the company’s business direction. Furthermore, it serves as a strong foundation for more targeted succession planning, a vital process to ensure leadership continuity and the effective filling of key positions in the future.”
Support also came from the Manager of Performance Competency Management, Mr. Oka Fitrio. “We appreciate PertaLife’s move to become the ‘laboratory’ for the PDH Non-SAP implementation. This initiative is a crucial part of Pertamina Group’s human capital transformation, which we hope can be replicated across all entities to produce superior and competitive talent,” said the HC Holding representative.
Meanwhile, Ratih Triutami Wijayanti, Head of Corporate Communication at PertaLife Insurance, emphasized the role of communication in ensuring the program’s success. “As a pilot project, PertaLife is committed to widely socializing the benefits of PDH to our employees. We want to ensure this platform is not just a digital tool but becomes a part of the Care-Commit-Agile culture that we uphold,” she explained.
The launch of PDH Non-SAP at PertaLife Insurance marks the starting milestone of an implementation journey that will be expanded to all Pertamina Group companies. With this initiative, Pertamina Group is increasingly optimistic about developing adaptive, competitive human resources ready to face future challenges. PLI
