Jakarta – In commemoration of Isra Mi’raj, PertaLife Insurance held a solemn and meaningful spiritual activity (IKRO PertaLife). The event took place at the PertaLife Insurance Ballroom on Tuesday, January 20, 2026, and invited orphaned children from the Daarul Rahman Orphanage Foundation.
The Isra Mi’raj commemoration carried the theme “Kemuliaan Isra Mikraj” (The Glory of Isra Mi’raj), emphasizing the importance of Prophet Muhammad SAW’s spiritual journey as a reinforcement of faith and a reminder of one’s duties as a Muslim. The event featured a religious lecture (tausiyah) by Ustadz Asep Supriatna, who encouraged participants to strengthen their faith, foster compassion, and tighten the bonds of brotherhood (silaturahmi) among PertaLife employees (Perwira).
The Director of Finance and Investment of PertaLife Insurance, Sigit Panilih, welcomed the activity as a means to strengthen ties among fellow employees and to perform acts of kindness for orphans. “As a gesture of gratitude for the achievements reached in 2025, we invited our younger brothers and sisters from the Daarul Rahman Foundation to share in our happiness. Certainly, these achievements do not stem solely from our own abilities but also from the grace of Allah SWT. Therefore, it is only fitting that we remain grateful for the strength and ease granted to us, allowing us to navigate the challenges of 2025 successfully,” Sigit said.
The Coordinator of the PertaLife Spiritual Association (IKRO PertaLife), Pujo Riyadi, stated that the Isra Mi’raj commemoration serves as a moment for PertaLife employees to further strengthen humanitarian and religious values. “Through the Isra Mi’raj study and the donations to orphans, we all pray that PertaLife Insurance can continue to bring happiness while fostering a spirit of sharing within the company environment,” Pujo remarked.
Acting VP Corporate Secretary of PertaLife Insurance, Ridky J. Sitorus, added that PertaLife Insurance is committed to consistently presenting programs that are not only business-oriented but also provide a social impact and goodness for others. “Through this meaningful activity, may we all continue to strengthen our compassion, togetherness, and the spirit of providing the best service to the community,” Ridky concluded.
