Pangkalpinang, February 26, 2025 – PertaLife Insurance once again demonstrated its commitment to supporting children with special needs through a charity program held at the Yayasan Pembinaan Anak Cacat (YPAC) in Pangkalpinang, Bangka Belitung Islands. The visit represents a tangible expression of PertaLife Insurance’s concern for people with disabilities and its effort to contribute to the sustainability of quality education for them.
The visit was attended by members of the Board of Commissioners, the Board of Directors, several Vice Presidents, and representatives of PertaLife employees who took part in the charity activity. During the visit, PertaLife Insurance was also accompanied by administrators and teachers from YPAC Pangkalpinang, who have played an important role in providing services and education for children with special needs at the foundation.
As part of the charity program, PertaLife Insurance provided a donation intended to support the foundation’s operational activities and help administrators and educators continue their efforts in delivering education to children with disabilities. This initiative is also part of the company’s commitment to achieving the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly in promoting inclusive and equitable quality education for all.
The President Director of PertaLife Insurance, Hanindio W. Hadi, expressed his appreciation for the administrators and teachers of YPAC who have worked tirelessly in educating and guiding children with special needs. “We deeply appreciate the extraordinary dedication shown by the teachers at YPAC Pangkalpinang. We hope that the donation we provide will support the continuity of education here and further encourage the learning spirit of the students at YPAC,” said Hanindio.
Meanwhile, the administrator of YPAC Pangkalpinang, Roslena DS Makmur, also expressed her gratitude for the assistance provided by PertaLife Insurance. She stated that the donation would greatly help the foundation in carrying out its daily operational activities and in providing better facilities and infrastructure to support a more optimal educational process.
